Gracie King and Gracie Queen are the newest versions of the GMQ Pro and Little Gracie II. With the 25 years of experience the Grace Company has made designing and manufacturing innovative and functional quilting frames an art. They have once again hit the mark with the new Gracie King and Little Gracie Queen. This is really one frame that you can get in either King or Queen options. King
You can order this frame in either King or Queen lengths. If you start out with the Queen length you can purchase the King extension later on. This is a great way to get started if you are on a budget but would like to have upgrade options later on. The Gracie King or Queen includes features that were options in past editions of the Grace frames. You get Height Adjustable Legs with either size, the Batting rail is included with the King option, or if you purchase the King extension later on you get the batting rail.
There is a misconception among Grace dealers that the wooden frames aren't as good as the steel (Majestic) or aluminum (Pinnacle) frames, this is absolutely untrue. It is sad to say but I find that many times there are Grace dealers that want to sell you the frame they make the most money on. Sure we are in business to make money but we want you to get the frame that is right for your situation and that you will be happy with for years to come.
Compared to all the machine quilting frames available in the industry, the Gracie King is the best frame dollar for dollar that you can buy. If you feel more confident that a metal frame is for you then by all means choose one of the metal frames the Grace Company offers. If you want to get a frame that sets up wider than any other Grace Frame then the Gracie King is for you. You also have the choice of getting the Queen size to begin with then purchasing the King extension sometime in the future.

Frame Features: The Gracie King is the best machine frame value the Grace Company offers. If you think that a metal frame will work better for you then you can look at the Pinnacle, but if you like a wooden frame the Gracie King cannot be beat. It matches up perfectly to the Pinnacle. You can save about $500 when going with the Gracie King over the Pinnacle. The pivoting rails are a nice feature that none of the other machine frames made by any manufacturer of home machine frames offer. Who we recommend this frame for: If you want a lot of machine frame that you can use with just about any sewing machine that has at least six inches of throat area, and you want to be able to quilt larger quilts, and you don't want to spend top dollar, then the Gracie King is for you. |
